I was born and raised on the south shore. My heart is where the ocean is and so this is one of my favorite areas of Massachusetts.

As a single parent, living on the Cape where I was born and raised, it was not easy to purchase a home. As my daughter reminds me, we rented and moved 7 times in 3 years. I worked 3 jobs and scoured the MLS listings in my free time to find the cheapest house possible.  I found a split level ranch that had been an unoccupied vacation home for the past 2 years.  It literally had squirrels and mice living in it.  My family and friends pitched in to help me make it a cozy home for my daughter and myself.  To this day, purchasing that home was one of the happiest days of my life!  I had run for fun for many years, racing in local fundraising events and many Falmouth Road races. I promised myself when I bought my first home, if I could accomplish that, then I could tackle the Boston marathon…and I did! That accomplishment ranks pretty high as well!  That was 25 years ago, and I have since bought and sold several homes.   One home was a condominium in Quincy where I served on the condo association board for 4 years.  I now reside in Weymouth where we built a new home 4 years ago.  Needless to say, exploring the real estate market is a passion of mine.

Like most of us, family, friends, and my home are important to me.   For nearly 30 years I worked in the housing industry, assisting seniors, veterans, and low-income families find a home.  Additionally, I have worked with first-time homebuyers as a certified agent.  How fortunate I feel to have had the privilege to assist so many people with finding homes and to be a part of one of the happiest days of their lives.  Conversely, I have walked many seniors and families through moving on from a larger family home to “downsizing” and understand the emotional roller coaster of letting go of a home full of memories.  Many of those folks have stayed in touch with me as sharing that day with them was momentous.

Molisse Realty is a perfect fit for me as they are a seasoned agency on the south shore, share a love of family, friends and helping people fulfill their dreams. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I would love the opportunity to make the experience a pleasant one and will be committed to helping you be successful in whatever real estate endeavors you are exploring.
