A lifelong resident of the South Shore, Gina has been a Realtor since 2000 and has had the distinction of being named on several occasions Top Seller for number of homes sold as well as receiving awards for the number of referrals received from clients.
As a buyer’s agent, Gina says "I enjoy listening and helping clients verbalize their top priorities. I have extensive knowledge of the area and keep current on the properties available, so I’m able to find the home that's right, and then assist with every aspect of the sales process. When working with sellers, Gina puts a good bit of emphasis on preparing the property well before it “hits the market”. "It's so important to have the home staged to look its very best to obtain top dollar, but also just as important to review comparable sales to see where a home should be priced. You want to obtain maximum value but at the same time not have the home languish on the market. It takes an experienced agent to find that right balance."
One of the more difficult conversations with sellers concerns cleaning out a home. "When leaving a home that’s been lived for decades, it’s hard to magically see the home through the eyes of a prospective buyer. Little fixes can make a big difference and it’s not as simple as a half hour episode on HGTV."
