The agents meet at 9:30 am for coffee and a light breakfast and take advantage of an opportunity to network and catch up with each other regarding new listings, recent closings, as well as local happenings.
Promptly at 10:00 am-the Weymouth Broker Tour begins! The Agents are given a tour schedule that features approximately 10 new Weymouth listings. Today, June 13th, 2014, the tour began from the office of Molisse Realty Group and consisted of the following new listings:

Once the agents head out of the office, the tour runs like a well-oiled machine. There can be 10-15 vehicles (if not more) in procession, all following each other throughout the town. The agents are in and out of each home for a quick preview within minutes before moving onto the next home on the schedule.
Touring allows agents to preview new to market listings for potential buyer clients, and also allows the listing agent to showcase their new listing to the agents who very likely may produce a buyer. It is not uncommon for an agent to pick up their cell phone during the tour to contact a buyer about a property that has just been seen.
The great feature of this tour is that it is not exclusive to one company-it is open to all agents and the more who participate, the better the tour can be!
