Tuesday Morning Drop-In Takes Place at Molisse Realty Group
Most Tuesday mornings, if you happened to "drop-in" to the Molisse Realty Group office in Weymouth, you'd likely find an office full of agents on hand.
What would bring all these agents to the office first thing in the morning? It's the Molisse Realty Group Weekly Drop-In, an open forum based opportunity for agents to ask questions, receive training, or talk about anything of interest. Hosting the weekly sessions are Brian Molisse, Owner/Broker of Molisse Realty Group, Trish Pierce, MAST Training Coordinator, and Janet Murray, Weymouth Office Manager. The meetings will often incorporate a drop in guest, someone industry related who will stop by with a short update on a subject of relevance to the office.
Agents will often initiate discussions regarding real life scenarios from working in the field or bring their questions on areas such as marketing and best practices to the latest trends. Training topics have included MLS tips and tricks, how to utilize Realtor.com, while use of Facebook and other social media options is often a popular request.
Participation varies from week to week and attendees range from agents very new to the industry through to the most seasoned of agents. It's rewarding to be able to say that everyone who attends either has something to share or has learned something new each and every time!
