      M.A.S.T. is an abbreviation that stands for theMentoring And Sales Trainingprogram offered by Molisse Realty Group. The concept for M.A.S.T. was initially proposed and brought to fruition by Brian Molisse, Broker/Owner of the company who, remembering his own early start in real estate, wanted to offer guidance and direction to agents new to the industry.

      Since its initial launch in 2012, the training initiative offered by Molisse Realty Group has grown tremendously, not only in class size but also in content and resources. What started as a small group of 8 agents has become an expanded group of 20. In order to accommodate the much larger class, trainings once held in the conference rooms at the Molisse offices inWeymouth andMarshfield now takes place at the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield. Through detailed analysis of our processes and in-depth feedback received from participating agents, the program has been worked and redesigned to be an outstanding and rewarding learning opportunity for those involved.

      Each new agent hired by Molisse Realty Group will begin under the M.A.S.T. Program and the course is also offered as a refresher for seasoned agents or those that have some experience but are new to the company. Led by Lenny Rowe, Director of M.A.S.T. Training, the curriculum includes 12 hours of classroom style training, continuous interaction and accountability with a seasoned mentor, and agreement to a set of standards and full commitment to M.A.S.T. and all its offerings.

      The first M.A.S.T.
