Kate McRoberts Joins Molisse Realty Group at their new Scituate Location

Kate McRoberts has joined the growing roster of experienced REALTORS at Molisse Realty Group’s new location at 164 Front Street in Scituate Harbor.

Kate has been helping people buy and sell homes in Southeastern Massachusetts since obtaining her real estate license in 2014. Kate has a personal understanding of the process of making a local move or relocating to another geographic area. She was born in Montana, and lived in many U.S. states, as well as Canada, before her parents settled on Cape Cod. She and her husband Paul have bought and sold several homes on the South Shore, and she knows the challenges associated with moving across towns or across the country. Kate currently resides in Hanover with husband and their teenaged daughter, four dogs, one cat and a horse.

Kate earned a B.A. at UMASS Boston and a master's degree at Framingham State College. She also has a post-graduate degree in elementary education.  Before entering the real estate field, she taught first and third grades in Lakeville and Kingston and previously worked in human resources. She has also been supporting animal rights by donating a portion of each of her commission checks to local and out-of-state rescue groups and shelters.  Kate is also a volunteer for three rescue groups. “Three of my dogs are rescues,” says Kate. “So, if you’re looking for a great pet, I can help you there too.”

Molisse Realty Group Names Pam Vigneau Top Agent for May

Broker/Owner Brian Molisse is pleased to announce that Pam Vigneau has been named top agent for the month of May. The honor marks the close of a strong month.

Pam is a consistent top selling and listing broker on the South Shore and has received several recognitions as the #1 agent in the town of Marshfield where she resides. Born and raised in North Quincy she moved to Marshfield in 1983 to raise her family. She has been in real estate for 27 years and received her Brokers license in 2000. Remaining in touch with many of her clients from throughout the years has been a large part of her success. Pam considers herself honored each time she receives a referral from a past client, recommending her to their family and friends who are now looking to buy or sell a home.
